Delivery & Shipping

What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?

Delivery & Tracking ( Local )

For local deliveries, once order is received, we will have it processed and dispatched within 5 working days.

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Singaporean Public Holidays

Shipping may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather

The delivery mode includes:

Standard Delivery (3-5 Days)

Premium Delivery ( 3-5 Days)

High surcharge Areas

Premium Delivery is either via registered post and courier service

For FREE Shipping , we waive the Standard Delivery fee with any purchase made above S$50 and waive the Premium Delivery free with any purchase made above S$80.00

 

Delivery & Tracking

For overseas customers, we will ensure that your orders are processed and dispatched through international shipping agents which ensure that they reach you within the stipulated transit time according to your location. You are also able to keep track the status of your parcel if you have an account with us. The shipping charges will be based according to your destination and location. For purchases above $500.00, we will waive the shipping freight only to your International Airport.

 

Can I collect my order directly from Athena?

Yes you can, if you are located in Singapore. Please select the “Self Collection” [ensure website check out has this option] option during checkout.

You can pick up your order at Blk 1002 #04-05, Singapore 159456 between Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5.30pm SGT (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

 

***Please note, your orders will be cancelled and refunded if not collected in two weeks. Please contact us at contact@Athena.com.sg should you need a longer collection period.

 

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Will I get charged for a re-delivery?

If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.Please note, there is a re-delivery fee of S$10 for orders under S$50. There is no fee for orders over S$50.

If our courier is unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our offices for cancellation.
